Wednesday 28th Aug: Creative work planning with Maria: I cycle to the park on my yellow bicycle (how I love that bike) where she meets me on her crutches, having got a lift from her wife. We start at the cafe but it is so people-y I can’t focus, all those sounds and movements, so we move to a bench. A little dog strolls past with her human who has such a loud voice I wonder how the dog copes. It’s larger dogs that usually attract our attention but this girl wants in on the action. She hops up onto the seat amongst our notebooks and grins.
